1. Returns
  • Eligibility: We accept returns on physical products (such as city guides) within 14 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when received.
  • Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact us at shop@htspt.co with your order details. Once approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item.
  • Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

2. Refunds
  • Inspection and Approval: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method.
  • Non-Refundable Conditions: Items not in their original condition, or items returned more than 14 days after delivery, may not qualify for a refund.

3. Exchanges
  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To exchange an item, please contact us at shop@htspt.co with proof of the defect or damage. We will guide you through the exchange process.

4. Lost or Delayed Shipments
  • We are not responsible for lost or delayed shipments caused by the shipping carrier. If you experience significant delays, please reach out to us, and we will work with the carrier to help locate your package.
